CommaScale uses the name, email address, organization (if supplied), inquiry category, and message you share through our form or by email to understand your inquiry and respond. Your message does not subscribe you to marketing.
How we handle your information
We store website inquiries and send a notification to our team. Cloudflare provides our website hosting, storage, email sending, and spam protection; our email provider handles correspondence. These providers process information on our behalf to operate and protect the services, including technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information while needed to respond, follow up, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have shared, email inquiries@commascale.com.
A quick note
Please don't include passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or confidential documents in your first message. RootSoccer and other linked products have their own privacy practices; this notice covers the CommaScale website.
